You must be 18 years of age or older to access or use this website. By using AiMovieArena, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into these terms.

2. Zero-Tolerance Safety & Moderation Policy

AiMovieArena maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against harmful and unlawful material. You agree that you will NEVER upload or share:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) in any form. Any detection will result in immediate permanent banning and law enforcement referral.
• Non-consensual sexual media, violent extremism, terrorism, or graphic real-world gore.
• Hate speech, targeted harassment, stalking, or doxxing of individuals.

We deploy automated rate limits, community reporting tools, and administrative moderation to quarantine or remove flagged content immediately.

3. User-Generated Content & Transformative AI Edits

Users are solely responsible for video snippets, timeline cut selections, and meme arenas they create or submit:

• You retain ownership of your original contributions, but grant AiMovieArena a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, distribute, process, trim, and display your submitted content in connection with timeline playback.
• Community submissions are intended to be short (10-second), transformative AI-generated cuts, parodies, or commentary.
• You agree that you will not upload material that infringes third-party patents, copyrights, or trade secrets.

4. DMCA & Copyright Takedown Procedure

We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work is used in a manner that constitutes infringement, please submit a takedown notice to our administration with the title URL, timestamp block, and proof of ownership.

5. Timeline Voting & Fair Play Rules

Timeline blocks are crowd-edited. The highest-voted snippet in each block queue is automatically promoted to the main canonical edit. We reserve the right to audit votes, remove manipulated or automated voting entries, and quarantine snippets to ensure fair community play.

6. Third-Party Services & TMDb Attribution

This product uses the TMDb API for show and movie catalog discovery and artwork but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb. Video uploads are hosted via Cloudinary media infrastructure.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

This service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous uptime or indefinite retention of uploaded snippets.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove uploaded video snippets, or lock access for any user who violates these Terms of Service or endangers community safety.
